PADI Advanced Open Water Diver Certification
The
PADI Advanced Open Water Diver program gives you confidence, skills and experience
to take your diving to new depths of excitement:
The Advanced Open Water Diver certification is earned by completing the
Underwater Navigation and Deep Adventure Dives
in addition to three elective Adventure Dives. Pisces offers the
following:

Drift Adventure Dive

Dry Suit Adventure Dive

Enriched Air Diver (Nitrox)

Multilevel and Computer Adventure Dive

Peak Performance Buoyancy Adventure Dive

Search & Recovery Adventure Dive

Underwater Naturalist Adventure Dive

Underwater Navigation Adventure Dive

Underwater Photography Adventure Dive

Come into the store to register and pick up your
Adventures in Diving Materials Package.
- Step 2 -

Read the chapters on
Underwater Navigation and Deep Diving and then do the knowledge review at the end of the chapter.
Look over the rest of the choices and select three or more Adventure
Dives. You may wish to discuss your choices with your
instructor.
- Step 3 -
- Arrange with
the instructor to do your elective and required dives. Most of
the dives may be done in the local quarry but some need to be done at
other locations.
- Step 4 -

Log your dives, have your
instructor sign them and also have him fill out the appropriate space
on your Advanced Open Water Training Documentation Worksheet if you
will not be doing all your dives with the same Dive Center/Instructor.

When you have completed
all your dives, fill out the required paperwork, get your picture taken and the instructor
will send for your card. Congratulations. You are now a certified
PADI Advanced Open Water Diver.

Continue your diver
training with Medic First Aid
and Rescue and/or select Specialty Courses in
the areas of your interest.
